This policy explains how Yasir Commercial handles return, exchange, store credit, refund, damaged product, and cancellation requests.

The product must not be installed or operated.

The product must not be damaged, scratched, altered, or missing parts.

The product must be in original manufacturer packaging.

All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and included items must be complete.

The request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Items That May Not Be Accepted

Yasir Commercial may decline a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the required condition.

The following items may not be accepted:

Products that have been used, installed, opened, or operated.

Products with missing packaging, accessories, invoice, or warranty card.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or unauthorized repair.

Products returned after the 7-day return or exchange period.

Products affected by electrical issues, incorrect installation, or excluded warranty conditions.

Special-order, clearance, or supplier-restricted items where return is not allowed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If a product is damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer should share clear images or proof, invoice details, order information, and a short explanation of the issue.

Yasir Commercial will review the case and guide the customer on the next step. A replacement, exchange, inspection, store credit, repair route, or other resolution may be offered depending on the case and applicable policy.

Refund, Exchange, and Store Credit Policy

Approved returns may be processed as an exchange or store credit.

Refunds may only apply where approved by management or according to the payment method and business policy.

Because Yasir Commercial offers Cash on Delivery, refund handling may depend on the approved resolution, order status, product condition, and business process.

Any approved refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Warranty-Related Requests

Warranty terms vary by brand, model, manufacturer, importer, or supplier policy.

Warranty claims may require the original invoice, warranty card, product serial number, and inspection by the authorized service provider or supplier.

Warranty may not cover misuse, improper installation, voltage issues, physical damage, unauthorized repair, or any condition excluded by the applicable warranty policy.

Customers should keep the invoice and warranty card safe after purchase.

Delivery Charges and Return Shipping

Delivery charges may vary depending on location, product size, and shipping method.

Return shipping, pickup, or handling charges may apply depending on the reason for return, customer location, product size, and inspection outcome.

For Karachi orders, our team can guide the customer about available return or pickup options.

For other cities in Pakistan, courier or cargo return arrangements may be reviewed case by case.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order before dispatch or delivery confirmation.

Once the item has been delivered, cancellation is not accepted. After delivery, the return or exchange policy will apply if the product meets the required conditions.
